About the Brewery
We set out to bring great real ale to north-east Wales in 2011, crafting first-rate beers in a diverse range of styles. We started out brewing small-batch brews in our tiny 1 barrel microbrewery; now in our shiny new 10 barrel premises in Mold town-centre, we do cask, keg, bottles and can. Head brewer Phill likes to invent new beer: from Iron-age to IPA he's always inventing new recipes. So whether you're a traditional ale drinker or a craft beer pioneer, we think you'll find something to suit.

Tasting Notes
A rye and spelt red ale, crafted with a blend of 8 American hops, including Simcoe and Sorachi Ace. The full-flavoured mouthfeel gives way to a smooth bitter finish.
