Go enjoy the pub as Tryanuary 2021 ends on 18th April

Tryanuary this year has been like no other. As the UK endured another lockdown, we decided to keep Tryanuary running beyond the usual January dates and until the end of the current lockdown, under the banner of #TryanuaryatHome.

With the outdoor opening of hospitality, we've decided it's time to wrap up Tryanuary for 2021. Our volunteer team have worked tirelessly for almost three months longer than usual and we're all as eager to get back to the pub as many of you will be too.

Some pubs re-open today (12th April) and we thought we would overlap by one week to allow people to share with the Tryanuary community what they're enjoying as they return to pubs, by using #Tryanuary on social media. Our volunteer team will continue to retweet and like posts with #Tryanuary, with our final day being Sunday 18th April.

Over the course of the last few months:

  • We've given away beer from breweries across the UK to beer drinkers across the UK
  • Our tweets have made well over 1 million impressions
  • We have added almost 2000 new followers across our social media accounts

A big thank you goes to the volunteer team who have done an outstanding job, to CAMRA for the sponsorship that enabled us to run regular competitions and, finally, everyone who has shared with us what they've been doing throughout lockdown.

Don’t forget during this final week to still get involved using #Tryanuary as you start to get out and about, enjoying beers in outdoor spaces. We'd love to know what you're supping.

Mine is definitely cask ale!

Cheers

Mike
