About Us
Pictish Brewing Company is a small independent brewery established in April 2000 by Richard Sutton. We brew tasty, drinkable, full flavoured beers in both cask and can. Delivering direct to the licensed trade in the Lancashire, Manchester and West Yorkshire areas, and public, nationwide, via our webshop.
With a core range we’re proud of and a love of playing with hops. We love hops.
ALCHEMISTS ALE - 4.3%
A refreshing straw coloured ale, with crisp malt flavours and a robust hoppy finish.
BLUE MOON - 6.0%
A strong IPA style beer with a lingering bitter aftertaste and a massive spicy hop aroma. Originally brewed to celebrate the blue moon (2nd full moon in a calendar month) in November 2001.
BREWERS GOLD - 3.8%
A refreshing thirst quenching pale golden session beer. Malty undertones and a powerful spicy hop aroma combine to produce a dangerously moreish beer.
SAMHAIN STOUT - 5.0%
A rich full bodied stout originally brewed in cask every Halloween – but hey – a good stout should be enjoyed any time of the year!
TALISMAN IPA - 4.2%
A golden IPA. Well hopped with a blend of US and European hops, without being overpowering – a solid session ale.
